§ 11-1-13 REVIEW OF SUBDIVISION PLATS WITHIN TWO MILES OF CITY.
   Pursuant to the authority of Iowa Code § 354.9, the city shall review subdivisions outside the city’s boundaries including: all land within two miles of the boundaries.
