§ 11-1-7 BUILDING PERMIT TO BE DENIED.
   No building permit shall be issued for construction on any lot, parcel or tract, where a subdivision is required by this title, unless and until a final plat of the subdivision has been approved and recorded in accordance with this title, and until the improvements required by this title have been accepted by the city.
