§ 9-13-13 VIOLATION; IMPOUNDING.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined accordingly or shall suffer his or her bicycle to be impounded for not more than 30 days, or both such fine and impoundment.
