§ 9-13-5 RIGHTS OF PEDESTRIANS.

Pedestrians upon sidewalks shall have the right of way at all times over persons using or operating bicycles upon any sidewalks and any person using or operating bicycles upon any sidewalks shall turn off the said sidewalk or stop whenever meeting or passing a pedestrian or pedestrians.
