Commencing at the intersection of Business Highway 61 and the north city limits, thence southwesterly on said Business Highway 61 to the south line of Avenue H, thence west on Avenue H to the west line of 18th Street; thence south on 18th Street to the south line of Avenue L; thence west on Avenue L to the west line of 35th Street; thence southwesterly on Business Highway 61 to the west city limits

Avenue H from the west line of 18th Street to the east line of 20th Street and from the west line of 20th Street to the east line of 23rd Street and from the west line of 24th Street to the east line of 27th Street

Avenue G from the west line of 2nd Street to the east line of 20th Street and from the west line of 20th Street to the east line of 23rd Street and from the west line of 23rd Street to the west line of 27th Street

Avenue E from the west line of 2nd Street to the west line of 24th Street

Avenue F from the west line of 4th Street to the east line of 15th Street and from the west line of 15th Street to the east line of 18th Street and from the west line of 18th Street to the east line of 20th Street and from the west line of 20th Street to the east line of 23rd Street

Avenue I from the west line of 27th Street to the east line of 33rd Street

15th Street from the north city limits to the north line of Avenue E

20th Street from the south line of Avenue E to the north line of Avenue G and from the south line of Avenue G to the north line of Avenue L and from the south line of Avenue L to the railroad tracks running parallel with the platted Avenue P

23rd Street from the south line of Avenue A to the north line of Avenue E and from the south line of Avenue E to the north line of Avenue G and from the south line of Avenue G to the north line of Avenue I and from the south line of Avenue I to the north line of Avenue L

27th Street from the north line of Avenue G to the north line of Avenue L and from the south line of Avenue L to the alley south of Avenue O, which runs parallel with the railroad tracks

31st Street from the south line of Avenue L to the Avenue P
