§ 9-7-11 CONTINUOUS PARKING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle on any public street for a continuous period of more than forty eight (48) hours.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park a trailer, uncoupled to a vehicle, on a City street.
   Exceptions:
      (1)   A trailer may be parked on a City street for not more than eight (8) hours for loading and/or
unloading purposes only and shall be moved promptly upon completion of loading and/or unloading.
      (2)    A trailer used for construction purposes may be parked on a City street for not to exceed thirty (30) days provided construction is actively being performed throughout this period and a permit to block right-of-way has been issued in the same manner as dumpsters on streets with the Public Works Department.
