Parking of motor vehicles on the City lot at the southwest corner of the intersection of 8th Street and Avenue D shall be restricted for use of City employees and City owned vehicles only.
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in the Pen City parking lot located on the northeast corner of 8th Street and Avenue H and the Municipal parking lot located on the southeast corner of 8th Street and Avenue F for a continuous period of more than twenty four (24) hours.
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in the Fort Madison Library parking lot located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 19th Street and Avenue E and the parking lot located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 20th Street and Avenue E for a continuous period of more than twenty four (24) hours.
