No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic control device, in any of the following places:
(A) On a sidewalk.
(B) In front of a public or private driveway.
(C) Within an intersection.
(D) Within five feet (5') of any point on the traveled portion of a street perpendicular to a fire hydrant adjacent to said street.
(E) On a crosswalk.
(F) Within ten feet (10') upon the approach of any flashing beacon, stop sign or traffic control signal located at the side of a street.
(G) Within fifty feet (50') of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing, except when parked parallel with such rail and not exhibiting a red light.
(H) Within twenty feet (20') of the driveway entrance to any fire station and on the side of a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within seventy-five feet (75') of said entrance when properly signposted.
(I) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when such stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic.
(J) On the street of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a street.
(K) At any place where official signs prohibit stopping or parking.
(L) It shall be unlawful to park any commercial vehicles on any street in the City for a period longer than two (2) hours between the hours of ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. It shall also be unlawful to transfer freight or merchandise or the load of one commercial vehicle to another while parked on the streets of the City except in case of the breakdown or disablement of a commercial vehicle, which necessitates such transfer.
(M) At any place where official signs or yellow painted curbs prohibit stopping or parking.
