§ 9-7-5 DROP OFF, PICK UP AREA ONLY.
   Areas designated as drop off, pick up areas only, in which spaces, when clearly marked as such, no motor vehicle shall be left standing, parked or stopped except in receiving or discharging passengers, and then only for such length of time as is necessary for such purpose.
