§ 9-5-1 U-TURNS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for a driver to make a U-turn except at an intersection.
   (B)   However, U-turns are prohibited within the business district and at any intersection where a sign prohibiting U-turns is posted in accordance with this traffic code.
