§ 9-4-13 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall have committed a municipal infraction and shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 1-4-2 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Engine brakes and compression brakes. The scheduled fine for a violation of § 9-4-10 of this chapter shall be $50.
