§ 9-3-4 COMPLAINT.

It shall be the duty of every police officer to stop forthwith and make complaint against every person operating a motor vehicle on any highway at a speed greater than the foregoing limitations. Such citation may be issued under the Iowa Code or under the appropriate corresponding chapter and section of this title.
