§ 9-2-2 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Chief shall enforce the provisions of this title and the regulations adopted by him or her hereunder. Subject to the provisions hereof, it shall be the duty of the Police Department to direct and control traffic, vehicles and pedestrians.
