§ 9-2-1 COMPLIANCE.

Every person shall comply with, observe and obey, when applicable to him or her, all the provisions and requirements of this title and the regulations and orders of the Chief adopted or issued in pursuance hereof. No person shall disobey or refuse to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of a police officer.
