§ 1-15-3 CITY SEAL.
   The seal of the city is hereby established and declared to be a circular impression having in its center a railroad locomotive, a bridge over the Mississippi River, blockhouse from Old Fort Madison, a factory and around the outer circle the words “Seal of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa”.
