§ 8-10-3 LOCATION OF ELMWOOD CEMETERY.
   The following tract of land is hereby dedicated as a city cemetery for the interment of the dead and shall be known as Elmwood Cemetery: all of Block 1 of Allen’s Addition to the City of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
