§ 8-9-3 REMOVAL OF INTERFERING TREES.
   The property owner shall remove any tree, whether on his or her private property or outside his or her property line and inside the curb line upon the public street abutting his or her property, which interferes with travel on or the improvement of any street or endangers persons or property, and shall also keep said trees so trimmed that the overhanging branches shall be at least eight feet above the surface of the sidewalk and 15 feet above the surface of the street.
