§ 8-6-1 PLAN; DUTY TO NUMBER.
   Buildings now or hereafter erected and fronting public streets or avenues within the city shall be numbered and the owners, agents or occupants shall cause said numbers to be placed on their property and maintained in accordance with this chapter.
