§ 7-11-8 REVIEW.

This chapter shall be reviewed by staff on the first anniversary of enactment. Staff shall determine if an effect has been made on juvenile crime. Council shall review findings and review this chapter. If no further action is taken at the one-year anniversary, this chapter shall remain in force.
