§ 7-10-19 NO PARTICIPATION IN PENSION OR RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   This chapter shall not be construed as authorizing or permitting any member of the city’s Police Department Reserve Officer Unit to become eligible for participation in a pension fund or retirement system created by the laws of the state wherein a regular police officer for the city may become a member as provided in Iowa Code.
