§ 7-10-18 LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   The city shall contract to insure the city against liability of the city or members of the city’s Police Department Reserve Officers Unit for injuries, death, property damage or false arrests arising out of and while performing official police duties in the same manner as a regular police officer.
