§ 7-10-17 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND HOSPITALIZATION.
   As set forth in Iowa Code § 80D.12 and Iowa Code Chapter 85, the city shall contract to insure the city against liability for worker’s compensation and against statutory liability for the costs of hospitalization, nursing and medical attention for Reserve police officers of the city’s Police Department who sustain injury in the course of performing official duties.
