§ 7-10-7 RESIDENCE OF RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS.
   All Reserve police officers must reside within the state within 60 days of their first day of service and must remain residents of the state throughout the period of their service with the city’s Police Department. In addition, all members shall reside within ten miles of the corporate limits of the city.
