§ 7-10-1 ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE.
   A police reserve unit is established to assist the city’s Police Department in all its activities and functions including the preservation of the peace and the enforcement of the laws of the municipality, the state and the United States. The Reserve shall be known as the “Fort Madison Police Department Reserve Officers Unit”.
