§ 7-9-4 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police shall revoke any permit granted for any of the following causes:
   (A)   The violation by any participant of § 7-9-5 of this chapter; and/or
   (B)   The failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit.
