§ 7-6-12 ANIMAL TRAPS.
   (A)   No animal traps will be utilized, used or set within the city limits unless issued or approved by the Animal Warden.
   (B)   All animals trapped pursuant to this section shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Animal Warden.
   (C)   Any person in violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
