§ 7-6-11 CATS, CHICKENS, OTHER FOWL; DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   Any person owning, keeping or harboring within the city cats, chickens, ducks or other fowl, which by their howling, crowing, quacking or other noises, disturbs or annoys the residents of the immediate neighborhood, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
