§ 7-6-3 ENCLOSURES.
   Any enclosure, pen, coop or hutch in which pets are maintained shall be kept clean. All enclosures must be kept in good repair and free of garbage. They shall be located at a minimum of 25 feet from any neighboring dwelling.
