§ 7-5-8 DOGS DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (A)   Any person who owns, keeps or harbors any dog, whether actually dangerous or not, that habitually runs out and barks at passing pedestrians or vehicles on the sidewalk or street or that threatens passing pedestrians, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who owns, keeps or harbors any dog, whether actually dangerous or not, that habitually barks or howls or that threatens passing pedestrians, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
