§ 7-5-7 VICIOUS DOGS, CATS OR OTHER ANIMALS.
   Any person who keeps, owns or harbors any dog or cat or other animal which is known to be vicious or dangerous without keeping such animal securely confined at all times, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
