§ 7-5-2 RABIES VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every dog and cat six months of age, or older, shall, at all times, have a current, valid and unexpired rabies vaccination.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to own, or have in his or her possession, a dog or cat six months of age, or older, which does not have a current, valid and unexpired vaccination for rabies.
