§ 7-3-2 VIOLATION.
   Any owner, tenant or person in charge or control of any such property, who shall permit snow, ice, or accumulations to remain upon the adjoining and abutting sidewalks for more than a reasonable time, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
