§ 7-2-49 TRACTION ENGINES PROHIBITED.
   Any motor vehicle, truck, traction engine or other conveyance which by the laws of the state is prohibited from operating upon any paved or graveled highway, is hereby prohibited from operating upon any paved street, avenue or alley within the city.
