§ 7-2-38 STREETS, ALLOWING MATERIAL TO DROP FROM VEHICLES.
   No person shall haul, carry or otherwise convey materials on any public streets or alleys in such a manner as will allow any portion thereof to fall or otherwise be deposited upon such street or alley.
