§ 1-8-15 CUSTODY; BONDS; OFFICIAL OATHS.
   The Clerk shall have custody of all bonds and official oaths of officers of the city from whom both bond and oath are required, except for the bond and oath of the Clerk, which shall be kept by the Mayor.
