§ 7-2-30 SPITTING IN PUBLIC PLACES.

No person shall expectorate or spit upon the floor of any public building, hallway, steps, cellar way, stairway, windows, public motor bus, depot platform or deposit any gum, tobacco quid, cigar or cigarette stubs in, upon or against any of the places above mentioned.
