§ 1-8-14 RECORD OF OFFICIAL BONDS.
   (A)   The Clerk shall maintain a book to be known as the “Record of Official Bonds”, in which shall be recorded in full the official bonds of all city officials.
   (B)   Said record shall have an index which, under the title of each office, shall show the name of each principal, his or her sureties, and the date of filing the bond.
