§ 7-2-3 SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR OR MUNICIPAL INFRACTION.
   A violation of any of the sections of this chapter may be deemed either a simple misdemeanor under Section 1-4-1 or as a municipal infraction under Section 1-4-2, at the option of the citing officer or Code enforcement official. The option chosen shall be noted by the citing official on the citation.
