The city may interrupt a customer’s water supply with proper notification in order to make repairs to the system. An effort will be made to provide 24-hour advance notification of any interruption. In case of emergencies, such as a main break, mains or services may be shut down without notification. In case of emergencies, the city will use whatever media to inform citizens of said emergencies as soon as possible.
