§ 6-5-6 EMERGENCY SUSPENSION OF SERVICE.
   The city may limit or temporarily suspend the use of water in the event the capacity of the waterworks system is not adequate to supply all demands for water or in the event of an emergency requiring the diversion of water for such emergency purpose.
