§ 6-3-3 ACCUMULATION OF USED NON- BURNABLE FOOD CONTAINERS.
   No person shall permit used non-burnable food containers, including, but not limited to, jars, bottles and tin cans, to accumulate on residential premises occupied by him or her, except in outdoor receptacles as herein specified and then only after said containers have been so thoroughly cleaned that no visible foodstuffs remains thereon.
