§ 5-2-2 PERMITS AND FEES.
   (A)   Permits required by the Fire Code shall be subject to the approval and shall be issued by the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Said permits shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed upon application.
   (B)   All applications for permits shall be filed in writing with the Clerk and accompanied by a fee as follows:
