Any person who violates or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a municipal infraction. Seeking a civil penalty as authorized in this section does not preclude the City from seeking alternative relief, including, but not limited to, any order for abatement or injunctive relief from the court in the same action or as a separate action.
