§ 4-5-9 VIOLATION.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code of ordinances. In addition, upon conviction, the city may, at its option, revoke any or all licenses issued to such person hereunder.
