§ 4-4-12 RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   If a peddler or transient merchant wishes to conduct business in a city-owned park, he or she must first have the written permission of the Parks and Recreation Department.
   (B)   Transient merchants will not be allowed to conduct business on the sidewalks, streets or other public ways on Avenue G from 5th to 10th Street, or on 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th or 10th Streets from the alley north of Avenue G to the alley south of Avenue G.
   (C)   All use requirements of the city’s Zoning Ordinance apply to transient merchants.
   (D)   Transient merchants and peddlers can conduct business between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
   (E)   Transient merchants will be limited to a maximum of a three-day license for each specific location, within each 30-day period in a residentially zoned district.
   (F)   Transient merchants can establish a stand on the sidewalk along Avenue H from 6th to 10th Streets; provided, they leave a passageway of at least four feet wide.
   (G)   Transient merchants are prohibited from setting up a stand in a city-owned parking lot.
