(A) License required. Individual peddler licenses will be required for each peddler doing business in the city. Transient merchants will be required to purchase a license for each stand or location of sale. Individual peddler’s licenses are not transferable to any other individual. Transient merchants will be required to purchase extra copies of their license to accommodate the number of people working in a stand or unit. A copy of the license must be kept on the person of each individual while working in a stand or unit. The fee for such extra copies is to be determined by the City Council.
(B) Transient merchant plaza. The sponsor of a transient merchant plaza will be required to purchase extra copies of his or her license to accommodate the number of people working in the various stands or units which will be operating within the plaza.
