With respect to any structure that has been vacant for a period of over 24 months, the Building Official may require that the property owner submit a plan of action, which shall include, without limitation, identifying an estimated date the property will be habitable, occupied, razed or offered up for rent or sale as well as any other terms and conditions deemed appropriate by the Building Official.
