§ 3-5-12 NON-COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   If, during an inspection conducted pursuant to this chapter, an inspector discovers that the property is in violation of this code or any other applicable law relating to rental units, the owner shall have 30 days from the date of the inspection to correct the identified violations. The 30-day period of time may be shortened or extended as circumstances require, by the Building Official of the city. The city may require an additional inspection(s) of the property within one year in accordance with this chapter, to assure continued compliance. A reinspection fee shall be imposed for the additional periodic inspection required pursuant to this division (A).
   (B)   In addition to requiring an additional periodic inspection pursuant to division (A) above, the city may commence enforcement action in accordance with any provisions of this code including, but not limited to, Title 3, Chapter 7, of this code of ordinances.
