§ 3-3-7 DUTIES OF PERMITTEE:
   It shall be the duty of the permittee upon completion of work to backfill with suitable material to subgrade elevation, and to then provide a temporary riding surface by backfilling to the street surface with gravel or crushed rock. Upon completion of all backfill requirements, the permittee shall immediately notify the City Engineer.
