§ 3-3-3 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

Before beginning any of the work specified in § 3-3-2 of this chapter the person desiring to do such work shall make application to the City Engineer for a permit. Such application shall specify the location and extent of the proposed work, the manner and method of doing the same and the time during which the work will be in progress.
